Governments Shape the Systems that Shape the Children
At Children Arise, we believe that policies, systems, and leadership decisions can influence what children learn, how they think, and who they become. When these align with God’s design, it can have a profound national impact.
We engage the sphere of government by:
- Building trusted relationships with national and regional leaders
- Supporting education transformation initiatives
- Connecting Kingdom-minded leaders and organizations, resulting in projects that lead to large-scale impact
- Our role is to serve as connectors and catalysts, helping bring ideas, partners, and momentum to national leaders
Strategic Partnerships
We collaborate with a global network of organizations focused on education, leadership, and transformation. These partnerships allow us to:
- Access innovative ideas and proven models from some of the brightest Christian minds in education globally
- Work on joint initiatives across nations
Together, we are advancing a shared vision of discipling children through transformed education systems.

Connecting Leaders
One of our primary roles is to connect leaders who share a common vision. These connections often result in:
- New initiatives and collaborative projects
- Increased access to Christian education in underserved areas
- Innovative solutions for reaching & discipling children at scale
When the right leaders are connected, the impact significantly multiplies.
Through relationships built by our team member, Bruce Friesen, Children Arise has had the opportunity to influence educational transformation in Uganda. These connections helped contribute to: The development of a national Emerging Leaders initiative, The formation of a think tank focused on education reform, A national education conference engaging hundreds of Ugandan leaders, and Teacher training programs impacting schools across the country.
What began as relationship-building has led to meaningful, system-level influence in how education (and thus discipleship) are approached nationally.
